Exciting Dental Receptionist Position - Dental Beauty Woodham
Part Time Position - Monday-Wednesday & Occasional Saturdays
Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Woodham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the South Woodham Ferrersarea.
You will be joining a fantastic group of clinicians and wider support staff, led by our Partner Dr. Amit Patel, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, close to South Woodham station and with parking nearby.
The working hours for the position are:
Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays (8.30AM-5.30PM)
Occasional Saturdays (8.30AM-2PM)
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
* Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
* Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
* Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
* Act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values; maintaining positive relationships with your colleagues
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* We are looking for a candidate who has prior experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
* Experience within a busy practice environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
* Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
* Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
