EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT COORDINATOR (15 MONTH FTC)

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, fast paced business in a role that offers real variety, exposure and development.

Working closely with an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide day to day support across a wide range of business activities, gaining insight into how different parts of the organisation operate.

This is not a role where you’ll be doing the same thing every day. You’ll be supporting across multiple teams, getting involved in different projects and building experience that can open up future career opportunities.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You’ll support the Executive Assistant and wider business with a mix of administrative and coordination tasks.

You’ll need to be organised, adaptable and comfortable working across different priorities, often switching between tasks throughout the day.

You’ll be trusted to manage your workload, pick things up quickly and support wherever needed across the business.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME

Most weeks, you’ll be:

9. Supporting the Executive Assistant with day to day priorities and workload
10. Managing expenses and holiday approvals
11. Assisting with monthly reporting and portfolio updates
12. Preparing presentations and business documents
13. Supporting internal projects and business initiatives
14. Helping coordinate charity and wider business activities
15. Working with different departments to provide support where needed

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

16. Has previous administrative experience or strong transferable skills
17. Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
18. Is organised, detail focused and able to manage multiple priorities
19. Is proactive and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
20. Is looking to build experience and develop their career
21. Has strong communication skills and takes a customer focused approach in their work

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS

22. Administrative or office based experience
23. Experience using Microsoft Office 365
24. Exposure to business operations or corporate environments
25. Interest in property or professional services
26. Experience using AI tools or systems
