Car Sales Executive – 5 Day Week with NO Sundays!
£50,000–£60,000 OTE | High Earning Potential | Growing Dealership
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and driven Car Sales Executive to join a fast-growing and successful automotive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who is looking to build a long-term career in the motor trade while earning excellent commission-based income.
The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the full vehicle purchasing process, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and achieving sales targets.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced dealership environment where performance is rewarded, and no two days are the same.
What’s on Offer
* Basic salary: £15,000
* On-target earnings (OTE): £50,000 – £60,000+
* Guaranteed earnings: £1,250 per month for the first 3 months
* 5-day working week (no Sundays)
* Monday–Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
* Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
* 24 days holiday + bank holidays
* Full training and ongoing development provided
* On-site parking and demo vehicle access
* Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
What We’re Looking For
* Previous sales experience required (commission-based roles ideal)
* Car sales experience is beneficial but not essential
* Strong communication and closing skills
* Highly motivated, target-driven attitude
* Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points accepted)
* Ability to thrive in a competitive, customer-focused environment
