If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our team as our new Facilities Coordinator for twelve months to support our workplaces in our Eastleigh office and make sure our colleagues have a great place to work.

With your proven customer service abilities and positive, proactive nature you’ll play a key role in our team. You'll be responsible for not only keeping the environment and aesthetics of our corporate buildings to a high standard, but crucially ensuring we're meeting regulatory and legal standards in terms of compliance and building safety so previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
You’ll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with our colleagues, providing a great service, sometimes managing difficult conversations, and using your excellent people skills to resolve any issues relating to the working environment. You'll also build relationships with suppliers and contractors, taking responsibility for managing some of the contracts.
