Main duties of the job
We're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner to deliver specialist ADHD care within our dynamic CAMHS team. You will play a leading role in the assessment, prescribing, monitoring and holistic support of young people with ADHD.
In this role, you will:
* Deliver high-quality CAMHS assessments for children and young people.
* Formulate evidence-based, person-centred treatment plans.
* Provide a range of interventions for individuals, families and groups.
* Work collaboratively with the Consultant and multidisciplinary team.
* Support seamless transitions between community services, inpatient settings, and adult mental health services.
* Coordinate referrals and work proactively with partner agencies to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.
Your clinical insight, creativity and commitment to best practice will help young people achieve meaningful, positive change.
