About the Role
As a Sales Advisor with New Look, you will work with your management team to implement the ultimate shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and want to return again and again. You will inspire customers to look good and express themselves with the latest fashion wherever and whenever they want. You will achieve this by acting as an ambassador for the brand on the shop floor, putting our customers at the heart of everything you do.

You will be passionate about service and creating a relaxed, friendly and customer‑focused experience. In addition, you will champion your own development by seeking out innovative ways to improve your performance with tailor‑made development plans from our Online Academy training and support from your Store Manager.
