Senior Accountant responsibilities
* Assist Client Managers with a diverse portfolio including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
* Manage the full accounts preparation process, including bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT, and tax returns.
* Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, resolving queries and providing proactive commercial advice.
* Mentor and support the development of junior staff members to build your own leadership and delegation skills.
As the successful candidate you will
* Be ACA or ACCA Qualified (newly qualified or with post‑qualification experience).
* Have a proven track record of working within a UK accountancy practice.
* Demonstrate the ability to manage your own deadlines and adapt to changing client priorities.
* Possess strong technical skills across statutory accounts and various tax workstreams.
