The restaurant is broken in to 2 parts (Conservatory & Alex Restaurants). Both restaurants operate from the same menu in the evening. Up to 80 covers in the evening during the week. Very busy Sunday operations up to 70 covers. Morning coffee’s & afternoon teas always available and the hotel is always busy with guests on a full board basis. Weddings and small functions up to 50 covers. Main duties and responsibilities: As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the operation of both bar and restaurant services within the hotel. Working to the current rosette standard within the hotel you will be a hands on host, and possess a high attention to detail. You will be able to demonstrate your skills and knowledge of the industry. Other areas within your remit as Restaurant Manager will be to compile the staffing rota, and manage an effective billing system within the food and beverage operation.
