What you’ll be doing
As Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for front-of-house and commercial performance:
8. Own and deliver the F&B P&L across all revenue streams
9. Growing revenue through events, promotions, and brand development
10. Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
11. Work closely with the Head Chef to improve margins and menus
12. Manage labour costs, rotas, and operational efficiency
13. Oversee events, group bookings, and guest experience
14. Ensure compliance with all food safety and licensing regulations
What we’re looking for
15. Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or senior hospitality leader
16. Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership experience
17. Experience delivering revenue growth and improving performance
18. Experience in events, group bookings, and commercial F&B operations
19. Hands-on leadership style with strong presence on the floor
20. Excellent communication and team development skills
