You’ll work with a diverse and established client base spanning SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and private clients, gaining exposure to a broad mix of work that goes beyond the typical compliance-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing statutory year-end accounts for a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
* Managing and developing client relationships, acting as a trusted day-to-day point of contact
* Supporting and supervising junior team members, reviewing work and contributing to their development
* Assisting with client queries and providing practical, commercially focused advice where appropriate
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
* Liaising with HMRC and other external stakeholders as required
What you’ll bring:
* Part-qualified or fully qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ experience gained within a professional accountancy practice environment.
* Strong technical understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting
* Confident communicator with excellent client service skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing deadlines effectively
* A collaborative team player with a commitment to high-quality delivery
