Rate: £29.51/hour (Umbrella)
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a global leader in the aerospace and manufacturing sector, based at their Broughton site.
You will join the Planning & Logistics team, playing a critical role in supporting production scheduling activities for aircraft wing assembly and fuel system installation. This role contributes directly to a major future-focused programme aimed at enabling growth in the civil aviation sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Support delivery of aircraft part commodities to meet build schedules, cost, and delivery targets.
* Assist operational teams in achieving financial and production objectives.
* Anticipate production rate changes and manage associated risks and opportunities.
* Work cross-functionally to support continuous improvement and business performance projects.
* Ensure planning & logistics processes are implemented and adhered to effectively.
* Collaborate with procurement and logistics providers to mitigate supply chain risks.
* Support deployment of operational systems and processes across relevant areas.

Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in production scheduling / planning (manufacturing or transferable industries)
* Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills (including macros and data manipulation)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Logical, methodical, and results-driven approach
* Ability to work independently and 'hit the ground running'.
* Strong teamwork and adaptability
