* Develop APIs and microservices that support high-throughput, real-time data analysis
* Implement and optimize vector databases for large-scale semantic search
* Architect scalable data pipelines for processing high-volume, unstructured data
* Integrate Large Language Models for processing and analysing textual intelligence data
* Lead best practices in MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, and retraining
* Build and refine computer vision capabilities to support image and video analysis
* Mentor engineering peers and contribute to a high-performance team culture
* Work collaboratively with analysts to understand problems and deliver technical solutions
* Take ownership of major technical components from concept to production
About You
* Proficient in Python and JavaScript, with strong experience in modern web frameworks
* Skilled in using AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain
* Experienced in prompt engineering and fine-tuning large models
* Familiar with vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate
* Strong understanding of cloud-based AI tools (e.g. AWS SageMaker, Bedrock)
* Experienced in building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
* Proficient in streaming and orchestration tools like Apache Kafka, Airflow, Spark, Docker, and Kubernetes
* Solid knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases
* Background in distributed systems and microservices
* Committed to ethical AI practices and aware of adversarial risk
* Strong communication skills, especially when translating technical ideas for non-technical audiences
* Proven experience mentoring engineers and leading technical delivery
* Able to make architecture decisions with scale, security, and reliability in mind
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field—or equivalent experience
* 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML
* Prior experience building production-ready AI systems
* Background in security, open-source intelligence (OSINT), or related domains is desirable
* Publications or open-source contributions are a plus
