Personal Assistant (Wealth Management experience only) - Burgess Hill

Our client is seeking a PA to join their successful team in Burgess Hill. The role involves supporting a Financial Adviser and ensuring client requirements are met. This is an office-based position with a well-established Partner Practice of St. James Place.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing diaries and inboxes
2. Uploading weekly stats to CRM and KPI platforms
3. Client servicing: compliance, scheduling reviews
4. Prospect servicing and task actioning
5. Preparing meeting packs and completing basic voyant and expenditure questionnaires
6. Adding investment funds to analytics and ensuring report accuracy
7. Developing training programs with the Managing Director
8. Liaising with the team to organize training sessions
9. Conducting quality checks on file notes
10. Reviewing application processing times and addressing delays
11. Handling issues and escalations beyond PAs or Advisors

Key Skills and Experience:

1. Experience in building rapport and client interaction
2. Client-focused with a high-performance mindset
3. Adaptability to change and business initiatives
4. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple channels
5. Numerical proficiency for analyzing financial data
6. Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders
7. Ability to work independently and follow directives from C-Suite
8. Leadership skills to motivate and mentor teams
9. Proficiency in Office 365
10. Commitment to diversity and inclusion
11. Understanding of wellbeing initiatives and fostering an open culture
12. Previous SJP experience is desirable but not essential

This role is office-based. Candidates should have access to a vehicle and be able to drive to the practice. Free parking is available on-site.
