Main Responsibilities
* Leadership: Inspire and supervise a high-performing team to achieve sales targets.

* Inventory Management: Oversee inventory and implement effective merchandising strategies.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and meet business goals.

* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse sales data and implement effective strategies.

Practical
Working in conjunction with the Regional Manager to develop relationships with customers driving the following:
* Ensure strict compliance with "Challenge 25" and confidential data regulations.
* Organise and manage customer data efficiently and in line with data protection regulations, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
* Demonstrate perseverance and an adaptable mindset when faced with customer objections.
