The Role
They are seeking a proactive and experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team and play a key role in delivering diverse projects throughout the South West. As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial and operational delivery of multiple contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, quality of delivery, compliance, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a portfolio of live contracts from pre-construction through to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
Oversee contract administration including procurement, subcontractor management and commercial controls.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and site teams.
Prepare regular progress reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Champion compliance with health & safety and company procedures.Who We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction sector — ideally overseeing projects of similar scale.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Excellent commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets, cashflow forecasts and contractual risks.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
Relevant professional qualifications or professional membership (e.g., CIOB, RICS) desirable but not essential.What We Offer
