Field Service Engineer (Mechanical Bias) Location: National & European Travel Required Salary: £35,000 basic | £60,000 OTE Package: Van, phone, laptop, 3% company bonus, £100 night-out allowance, BUPA private healthcare, pension, and more Are you a multi-skilled engineer looking for a hands-on role with variety, responsibility, and international travel? Due to rapid growth, We are looking for a Field Service Engineer with a mechanical bias to join our team. You'll work on the installation, maintenance, and service of conveyors across the UK and Europe, while supporting and training customer technicians on-site. Key Responsibilities: Install and maintain conveyor systems at customer sites Train customer technicians on service and maintenance procedures Complete job reports and ensure compliance with safety and company standards Maintain accurate records of time worked and travel Promote and embody Core Values: Integrity, Teamwork, Respect, Winning Spirit, and Sense of Urgency Requirements: Experience in a field service role Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background Engineering apprenticeship MEWP & Forklift licences preferred Basic knowledge of Siemens PLCs and control systems Good mechanical fitting and electrical engineering skills Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe What We Offer: £35,000 basic salary, £60,000 OTE Overtime paid at 1.5x after 4:30 PM Early finish Fridays if based in Corby 25 days holiday bank holidays Private healthcare (BUPA) 3x death-in-service life cover NVQ training support Career progression opportunities Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Day shift pattern, early finish on Fridays if in Corby) Please contact Kathryn.van-kleef@cvtechnical for a confidential conversation
