Responsibilities of a Service Advisor with our client:
5. Greet and assist customers professionally, creating positive first and last impressions.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
7. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations in the Service Department.
8. Contribute to the department’s success through proactive customer service.
Ideal Candidate:
9. Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive service department
10. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
11. IT literate and self-motivated.
12. Holds a full UK manual driving licence.
13. Proactive, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
