You will be working in Eddison’s Cost Consultancy team which covers projects across multiple sectors, including Residential, Logistics, Office, Healthcare, Government, Education, and Retail.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the forefront of these projects, managing both client relationships and project teams to deliver outstanding results.
Your role will encompass full project lifecycle management-from inception to completion.
Responsibilities and requirements include:
* A RICS Accredited degree qualification or working towards
* Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
* Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
* Strong pre and post contract experience
* A successful track record running projects from inception to completion
We offer a senior role with a seniority level of Associate, on a full-time basis, in the Consulting function within the Real Estate and Construction industries.
