Telehandler Operator (J2 Class)
£18p/hr, 3-week contract initially, Day shifts, ASAP starts
WHISBY, LINCOLN
I am looking for an experienced Telehandler Operator to work for a National Waste Management company based near to Whisby, Lincoln. Please note, for this role your ticket/license must be able to cover a J2 Class Machine.
The role will consist of loading wagons, picking up and moving skips around the yard, movement of material around site and keeping the site clean and tidy all whilst working in accordance with the Company's health and safety, environmental and other standards. You will also be required to work away from the Telehandler when needed, assisting in Manual Duties and sorting around the site.
You must hold a current and valid Telehandler License/Ticket, covering the J2 Class, and have all your own PPE. Good knowledge of Manual Handling Techniques are also vital, as the role at times will include lifting, shifting and manual handling.
The working week will be 7am to 4pm from Monday to Friday and with a Pay Rate of £18p/hr. This is advertising as a short term Temporary contract, initially lasting for 3 weeks.
