Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the financial planning team.
2. Assist in client onboarding and document management.
3. Maintain accurate and organised client records.
4. Assist in preparing financial reports and client reviews.
5. Handle general office administrative tasks.
6. Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the financial planning operations.
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in a financial planning or related administrative role is preferred.
8. Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Enthusiasm for the financial planning industry and a desire to contribute to our clients financial success.
