Our client is a leading UK-based life sciences company that specialises in developing software and digital solutions for the nuclear medicine, PET/SPECT imaging, and radiation safety sectors.
They are seeking a Project Lead to join their team and head customer implementation projects for their market-leading nuclear medicine LIMS platforms. This is a highly customer-facing role, where you will combine your technical expertise, project delivery, and regulatory knowledge within a specialist environment.
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software implementations within radiopharmacies, ensuring successful deployment, validation, and adoption of systems used in PET and SPECT production environments. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, you will guide customers through implementation, regulatory validation, and ongoing system optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full project delivery including scope, timelines, risk and stakeholder engagement
* Oversee validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) in regulated environments
* Act as SME for nuclear medicine LIMS solutions, supporting configuration and best practice
* Deliver on-site training, workshops, and user onboarding for customers
* Support regulatory audits and ensure compliance
* Collaborate with software development teams to feedback customer requirements and support product improvements
* Manage user acceptance testing, upgrades, and post-go-live support
* Provide technical input into pre-sales demonstrations, tenders, and customer proposals
About You
* Strong background in radiopharmaceutical production or nuclear medicine environments
* Solid understanding of GMP and regulatory frameworks
* Experience delivering system implementations, validation, and customer training
* Comfortable working on-site with clinical, technical, and IT stakeholders
* Able to act as a trusted technical advisor and SME
