Hours: Full Time, Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM

With over 40 years of experience and workshops in both Hertfordshire and London, this company is at the forefront of bespoke bridal and fine jewellery manufacturing.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As Production Coordinator, you'll play a central role between suppliers, workshops, and retail partners, ensuring everything runs smoothly across the production cycle for diamond and gemstone-set pieces. Your responsibilities will include:
* Daily coordination of fine jewellery orders
* Liaising with suppliers to manage timelines and expectations
* Overseeing quality control to maintain high craftsmanship standards
* Managing stock levels and overseeing sample requests
* Handling returns and repairs efficiently
* Managing pricing and invoicing processes
What They’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar production or coordination role
* Strong background in fine jewellery production is essential
* Solid knowledge of diamonds and gemstones
* Excellent attention to detail and high standards in quality control
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
* Clear, confident communication across teams and stakeholders
