What the Marketing Executive job involves
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider marketing team, you’ll contribute to the planning and delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms.
Supporting the execution of multi-channel marketing plans and campaigns
Creating engaging content such as blogs, press releases, and social media posts
Updating the multiple websites with copy and using SEO to grow the audience and visitors
Designing marketing collateral, adverts, and promotional materials using Canva
Assisting with PPC campaigns and web content updates
Managing and planning content across key social media platforms
Identifying and researching new promotional opportunities including events, partnerships, and community initiatives
Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain consistent brand messaging
Supporting internal communication initiatives and staff engagement
Skills required
You’ll bring a creative mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
Excellent copywriting and literacy skills with a creative eye and the attention to detail to match
Good organisational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commercial awareness and an interest in current marketing trends
Previous experience working within a digital marketing role
A degree in Marketing or a CIM qualification is desirable but not essential
Familiarity with tools like Canva and WordPress would be an advantage
Other information
Full-time Monday to Friday with some hybrid available after training and probation
Car parking is available and the area is also accessible by public transport.
24 days' holiday plus bank holidays
