Behaviour Mentor – Warrington – Immediate Start
Are you experienced in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and looking for a rewarding new opportunity? We are currently recruiting a committed Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive team in Warrington. This is an immediate start position and requires a full UK driving licence.
Your Role
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils manage behaviour and build confidence
* Deliver tailored strategies to support engagement, learning, and emotional regulation
* Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent support
* Track progress and positively reinforce achievements
* Act as a positive role model, promoting resilience, independence, and self-esteem
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN or additional needs
* Strong behaviour management skills with a calm and consistent approach
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A patient, adaptable, and supportive attitude
