Support Worker – Sleaford

Permanent full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) with Lifeways Group in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. Salary is £12.71 per hour. A UK manual driving licence is preferred.
Responsibilities
* Support individuals with personal care, daily routines, and household tasks.
* Encourage hobbies such as gardening, table tennis, pool, football, music, and cooking.
* Promote independence and wellbeing through community outings and activities.
* Accompany individuals on day trips.
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team.
