Location: Hybrid / 2 days in our London office or warehouses (we can them hubs) as and when required

What youâll be doing đĄ
You will be instrumental in optimising every stage of the employee journey at Modern Milkman, focusing on efficiency, impact, and our core values.
Operations & Excellence
* Master Our Tools: Lead the daily operations of key people tools (Hibob, ThanksBen), ensuring highly efficient systems.
* Streamline & Refine: Proactively identify and resolve inefficiencies and duplication within the People Team.
* Maintain Compliance: Ensure all people policies are current, inclusive, and fit for purpose.
* Manage Critical Support: Provide empathetic and fair support to managers through employee relations (ER) cases.
* Champion Our Culture: Deliver valuesâaligned employee experiences at every touchpoint, and help organize team events.
Strategy & Design
* Elevate the Employee Lifecycle: Continuously improve core processes from onboarding through offboarding.
* Embed Our Values: Design practical, inclusive people processes that integrate our Impact strategy.
* Drive Performance: Collaborate to build highâperforming teams and develop essential manager training.
* Innovate with AI: Lead the introduction of AIâpowered tools to boost operational performance across the People Team and the wider business.
What youâll bring đ€
* We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, solutionâoriented person ready to drive operational excellence and impact.
* Direct experience as a People Operations Partner, ideally within a manufacturing or operational FMCG environment.
* A deep understanding of employment law coupled with an unwavering commitment to detail and data accuracy.
* A serviceâdriven mindset; you are motivated by understanding our teams and making life significantly easier for others.
* Highly confident using people systems (our people tech stack is Hibob, ThanksBen, Ravio, Gemini, Google and Notion), with a passion for automating processes
* Resilient and adept at balancing reactive, urgent needs with crucial longâterm strategic projects in a fastâpaced setting.
* Curious about new tools (especially AI) and eager to experiment with innovative ways to improve operational performance.
