Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Engage with customers to maximise sales, respond quickly to business opportunities and continuously seek new ideas.
* Promote community engagement to support local area and drive top results.
* Maintain a fun, supportive workplace while meeting performance targets.
Qualifications & Experience
* Retail Management experience (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Manager, or Branch Manager).
* Passion for delivering great customer service.
* Ability to manage a fast‑paced, results‑driven sales environment and motivate a team.
