🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
💷 Pay: Up to £23.61/hour (Umbrella)

We're looking for a confident and competent Social Worker to join our Adults Short Term Assessment and Reablement Team in Derby! 💙
This is a front-facing role where you'll be supporting adults with a range of complex needs - helping them regain independence, stay safe, and achieve positive outcomes in their daily lives. 🌈

🔍 Key Responsibilities
🧾 Carry out Care Act Assessments and create outcome-focused care plans
🛡️ Manage safeguarding enquiries and MARM (Multi-Agency Risk Management) meetings
🧠 Complete Mental Capacity Assessments (MCA) and Best Interests (BI) decisions
🚗 Undertake home visits and community assessments - travel is required
📅 Cover Duty 1-2 days per week
⚡ Work efficiently and effectively in a short-term, fast-moving service
