Job Description
Alexander Steele are working with an established multi-site ambient food manufacturer in West Yorkshire who are looking to recruit a Stock Controller to join their Supply Chain team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a stock or inventory professional to play a key role in maintaining accurate stock levels and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy manufacturing site.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
* Ensure timely replenishment of stock in line with production schedules.
* Use MRP/ERP systems to process stock movements and maintain accurate records.
* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, working with warehouse and production teams.
* Conduct regular stock checks and support cycle counting processes.
* Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
* Maintain strong stock accuracy and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
On Offer:
* Annual Salary of £30,000
* Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm
* 33 Days Annual Leave (including bank holidays)
* Pension: 3% employer / 5% employee
