Salary: £117,000 - 123,500 per year Requirements: Strong commercial experience with Oracle PL/SQL Solid background in C#/.NET WinForms development Experience working with complex Oracle-backed applications Strong SQL and database design skills Azure DevOps and Git source control experience Agile delivery experience within collaborative development teams Ability to work across the full software development lifecycle Experience with .NET Core and modern web technologies is desirable Experience with Entity Framework, Angular, or TypeScript is desirable Experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps tooling is desirable Experience with service-oriented or microservice architectures is desirable Experience in financial services or investment management environments is desirable Responsibilities: Develop and enhance enterprise applications built on C#/.NET WinForms Design and maintain Oracle PL/SQL database objects including procedures, packages, functions, and scheduled jobs Support the ongoing evolution of business-critical systems and processes Investigate and resolve complex technical issues within existing applications Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions Participate in technical design, peer reviews, testing, and release activities Contribute to technical debt reduction and application modernisation initiatives Technologies: Angular Azure C# CI/CD DevOps Git Support Oracle SQL TypeScript Web ASP.NET Cloud More: We are a well-established investment technology team in Edinburgh offering hybrid working 2 to 3 days per week onsite.
