About the Role:
Market 36 Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients in Witham for a CNC Operator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with woodwork CNC experience to join a creative and fast-paced environment.
Key Duties:
* Operating a 3-axis CNC machine for woodworking projects
* Producing high-quality components including panels, displays, and cabinetry
* Working from set drawings and specs
* Collaborating with workshop team to meet production deadlines
Role Details:
* Purely workshop-based – no travel required
* Programming experience isnot essential – machine operation only
* Immediate start available
* Potential for long-term, permanent employment
Requirements:
* Previous CNC operating experience (woodwork)
* Comfortable with machine setup and basic maintenance
* High attention to detail
* Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
