About the role
The specialist Speech and Language team at President Kennedy are part of the Complex Communication Team. This is a traded service respected in Coventry schools, working closely with pupils, families, and colleagues in education, health, and care to improve outcomes for children and young people with complex communication needs.

Job responsibilities
* Support students at the Enhanced Resource Provision at President Kennedy School.
* Work directly with students in mainstream classrooms.
* Assist with coursework, assessments, and revision.
* Develop students' social and emotional resilience.
* Run interventions for groups of students.
Candidate requirements
Must have the Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship provided). We seek patient, enthusiastic, and committed individuals who can build positive relationships with students and adapt flexibly to changing daily demands. A positive attitude and sensitivity are essential.
