Our client is recruiting for a Planning Support Officer for their Barnsley Office u sing works Management /Dynamic Resource scheduling systems. With a view to carrying out full Planner duties. Purpose of the role: Initially role is to support the team with: Running job queues and booking repair appointments with customers in workers diaries Dealing with customer enquiries Relief Planner support Call Handling To schedule & dispatch work electronically to individual craft operatives of Construction Services To contribute to the overall management of Construction Services. To assist in ensuring that through the Service Control Unit within Construction Services are providing a highly efficient, economic, safe, customer focused and high quality service to all clients To ensure resources are deployed at the appropriate time to deliver a right first time service To work closely with the Planning Manager to deliver service improvements throughout Construction Services To liaise with customers tenants& respond to their enquiries Role requirements: Basic DBS required for the role Working pattern -Monday - Friday 8-4 Flexible working If you feel you have the right skills for the role please apply via CV or contact Tina for further information
