3. Oversee and maintain quality assurance processes and systems in compliance with industry standards.
4. Conduct internal audits and support external inspections to ensure regulatory adherence.
5. Review and approve documentation, including SOPs and batch records, for accuracy and compliance.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.
7. Monitor and report on key quality metrics to senior management.
8. Support the investigation and resolution of deviations and non-conformances.
9. Provide training and guidance on quality assurance practices to staff members.
10. Ensure continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.
