The practice has developed a well-structured clinical model designed to keep workload safe, sustainable and collaborative.
Salary & Benefits
1. £12,000–£15,000+ per session depending on experience and responsibilities

Workload & Structure
9. 4+ sessions per week
10. 12 patients per session
11. 50/50 split between face-to-face appointments and telephone consultations
12. Triage-based duty system which is non-patient-facing and supervisory in nature
13. Dedicated GP each session completing practice admin on a rota basis
14. Strong MDT support including Mental Health team, ANPs, Occupational Therapist, GP Assistant and full nursing team
15. No evenings or weekends
16. Monthly half-day protected CPD and training shutdown
