Competitive salary: £59226 - £69006(Band 30% evening enhancements. 45% weekend enhancements.

What your typical day looks like:
1. Autonomous practice utilising your advanced clinical skillsto assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients, ensuring comprehensive clinicalcare.
2. Excelling incommunication, both verbal and nonverbal, establishing rapport with patientsand caregivers. Making confident decisions and communicating them effectively,ensuring clarity and understanding.
3. Recognising and initiating where appropriate advice ofrelevant specialisms.
4. Maintaining appropriate clinical records in linewith current practice guidelines.
5. Working effectively as part of a multiprofessional team in collaboration with other members of the service.
6. Discharging or referring patients as appropriateto internal or external clinical pathways.
To be a successful Advanced Practitioner youll need:
7. To be a registered Adult Nurse registered with the Nursing& Midwifery Council (NMC), a Paramedic registered with the Health CareProfessions Council (HCPC), a pharmacist registered with the GeneralPharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered as an independent non-medicalprescriber.
8. A minimum of 2 modules at Level 7, these must include MinorIllness & Minor Injury
9. Capability to conduct a concise clinical history and physicalexamination.
10. The ability to formulate a differential diagnosis managementplan.
11. Effective communication abilities in clinical settings,alongside strong verbal and written skills, and proficiency in computer usage.
12. Strong negotiation skills and critical thinking techniques.
13. Thorough awareness of contemporary frameworks andadvancements in out-of-hours care, as well as specialised clinical/technicalskills in health and social care
14. Motivation, passion, positivity, resilience, and a determinationto provide outstanding patient care.
