I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected firm in Kettering, seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a standout opportunity for someone who’s commercially minded, ambitious, and looking for a clear route to partnership.
The Role
You’ll handle a high-quality caseload across:
* Acquisitions & disposals
* Commercial leases
* Landlord & tenant work
* Development matters
* Property finance transactions
You’ll also have the autonomy to build strong client relationships, support business development, and help shape the future of a thriving department.
About You
* 5–10 years PQE in Commercial Property
* Strong technical background and confidence managing files independently
* Excellent communicator with a commercial mindset
* Motivated by progression — partnership is firmly on the table
* Team-focused and keen to contribute to long-term firm growth
