Responsibilities
* Taking initial client enquiries
* Progressing Court of Protection matters
* Preparing Legal Aid funding applications
* Completing cost increase applications
* Filing statements and court orders
* Assisting solicitors with general case progression and administration
* Managing deadlines and ensuring matters progress efficiently
The firm undertakes a significant amount of publicly funded work, therefore strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively are essential.
