As a Role Equipment Workshop Coordinator, you'll be part of Airbus's elite A400M Line Maintenance team-supporting a fleet of 22 aircraft and enabling critical missions including humanitarian relief, search and rescue, and strategic airlift operations.
What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Role Equipment Bay, ensuring all mission-specific equipment is available, serviceable, and compliant.
* Track and manage assets, resolve defects, and coordinate spares to maintain operational readiness.
* Use digital tools and maintenance data systems to document, monitor, and report on equipment status.
* Interpret technical publications and ensure all maintenance activities meet regulated standards.
* Provide timely updates and KPI reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
* Support planning meetings and readiness for down-route and exercise tasking.
What You'll Bring
* Hands-on experience in aerospace or military maintenance environments-experience over qualifications is key.
* Strong background in equipment servicing, particularly survival or role-specific gear.
* Proficiency in digital tracking systems and technical documentation.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to prioritise, escalate, and resolve issues under pressure.
