Role Overview:
We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Events and Installation Assistant to support the execution of creative installations and experiential events in retail and public spaces. You’ll play a key role in bringing brand environments and visual experiences to life—from pop-up activations and in-store displays to creative exhibitions stands.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the setup, installation, and dismantling of creative displays, pop-ups, and brand environments.
· Handle the safe transportation, loading/unloading, and positioning of installation elements, props, signage, and materials.
· Work on-site to assemble visual installations according to creative briefs, floor plans, and brand guidelines.
· Support the build and staging of window displays, in-store takeovers, and experiential events.
· Liaise with in-house teams, clients, suppliers, and third-party vendors as needed.
· Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet design, aesthetic, and safety standards.
· Assist in the maintenance, storage, and inventory management of props, tools, and materials.
· Help troubleshoot installation issues during setup and live activations.
· Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment throughout projects.

Skills & Qualifications:
· Experience:
o 1+ years of experience in installations, events, visual merchandising, set dressing, or a similar hands-on role.
o Experience working in creative, retail, or experiential design environments is highly desirable.
· Skills:
o Confident using basic hand tools and installation equipment (e.g., drills, ladders, measuring tools).
o Strong spatial awareness and attention to visual details.
o Comfortable with manual handling, physical work, and working on your feet for extended periods.
o Excellent time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
o Strong problem solving skills
o Good communication and team collaboration skills.
o Full UK driving license required (or local equivalent)
· Desirable skills:
o Basic technical knowledge (AV setup, lighting, interactive installations)
o Basic carpentry, fabrication experience
o Familiarity with design/construction drawings or floor plans

· Flexible hours required, including early mornings, late nights/overnight stay and weekends.
· Work across a variety of creative spaces, including retail stores, outdoor environments, and warehouses.
· Travel to different event and installation sites may be required.
