Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester Vacancy in Redruth
1. Well established Independent Service Centre
2. Basic Salary up to £30k + Bonus (Flexible)
3. Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, 4:30pm finish on a Friday!
4. No weekends!

A well-established independent Service Centre in Redruth is looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester to join their team.
This role will involve performing diagnostic work, repairs, servicing, and MOT testing on a range of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, a good eye for detail, and a dedication to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
7. Conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
8. Perform general servicing, maintenance, and repair work
9. Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical issues
10. Complete relevant documentation and maintain records of work
11. Ensure health and safety standards are followed
Requirements:
12. Level 2 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
13. Valid MOT Licence (preferred)
14. Previous experience in a fast-fit or similar environment
15. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
16. Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets
