Duties
* Research resident demographics, behaviours, and trends within mall catchment areas
* Identify customer needs, preferences, and commonly used digital platforms (e.g. Telegram, WhatsApp, apps)
* Monitor online communities and social channels to track trends and surface insights
* Support development of relevant promotions, deals, and partnerships for residents
* Assist in curating and updating content for the mall’s app and website
* Coordinate with merchants to gather information and ensure accuracy of promotions
* Manage basic content tasks (uploads, tagging, updates, performance tracking)
* Track engagement and provide simple insights to improve content effectiveness
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support campaigns and initiatives
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
* Open to cold calling
