We are recruiting for a Studio Operations Administrator to join a world-class film and television production campus in East London. This brand-new facility features 12 purpose-built sound stages and is designed to support high-end TV, film, and commercial production.
Studio Operations Administrator Role:
As a Studio Operations Administrator, you'll be the vital central support for the studio operations team. You'll assist with day-to-day production and client needs, ensuring efficient workflows and outstanding service across the site.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll coordinate with various internal teams including security, facilities, and stage management, whilst maintaining clear, professional communication with clients and tenants.
Studio Operations Administrator Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and dispatch facilities requests via Salesforce
* Coordinate with on-site teams including security and facilities
* Track and order studio supplies and manage key distribution
* Support lease tracking and weekend on-call schedules
* Communicate site updates to tenants and production teams
* Review invoices and ensure accurate documentation
* Support studio signage, sustainability initiatives, and event planning
What They Are Looking For:
Essential:
* Experience in an administrative role, ideally in a production or facilities environment
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
* Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Desirable:
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar workflow systems
* Experience in TV, film, or media production environments
