This is a hands on role where you will be required to manage the sales process showing energy, drive and ambition.
You will be a leader, who by their nature inspires and motivates those around them to better results.
You will ideally have a background in the volume sector along with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the importance of high standards in terms of site presentation and customer satisfaction.
You must be able to demonstrate a solid background of relevant experience in a volume franchised dealership to be successful.
As you will be working for a highly successful regional group, the opportunity offers up to £50,000 OTE plus company car.
You must posses a full clean UK driving licence.
