Salary: £17.99 - £19.22 per hour (inclusive of a 10% market supplement)

This position comes with a 10% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
Role
Gymnastics Coach – deliver exceptional customer support during classes and access gold star training and career development opportunities.
As a Gymnastics Coach, you will maintain excellent customer focus, meet customer expectations and help encourage repeat business. This includes being available to customers before and after sessions to answer queries, motivate and guide.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer support during gymnastics sessions.
* Answer customer queries before and after sessions, and help motivate and guide participants.
* Maintain a customer-focused approach to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
* Level 2 or above gymnastics qualification (or higher) recognised by the governing professional body.
* Right qualifications and excellent communication skills.
* Experience of customer care within a leisure environment.
Additional Information
As a casual worker, you will have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the Council is not obliged to offer you work.
