As an IMOS Testing Specialist - Senior Associate in the Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) End-to-End Test Team, you will be involved as a key executor of the IMOS testing team from start to finish. You will participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, with primary responsibility for manual testing and involvement in business implementation throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). This role involves integrating a large asset manager onto the new system architecture being developed. Besides project delivery, you will contribute by enhancing efficiencies and productivity. You will have the opportunity to work within a large-scale transformation program, gaining exposure to multiple products and business lines.
The Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) End-to-End Test Team is responsible for managing, executing, and implementing releases for the IMOS Program. The team handles all elements of test execution and coordination across the stack, feeding into key stakeholders such as Product, Technology, and Operations.
Job responsibilities
* Define and plan testing scope of releases.
* Review and own requirements traceability; prepare Test Matrix.
* Establish acceptance and exit criteria for testing and implementation phases.
* Assess and highlight key blockers, issues, risks, workarounds, and plan mitigation strategies throughout the STLC.
* Finalize impact assessment of changes, including upstream and downstream effects, regression impact, and planning.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define test strategies for large programs.
* Review and execute end-to-end business implementation and test plans.
* Assess requirements for completeness, coverage, correctness, and testability, considering current business processes, events, and flows.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Experience in User Acceptance Testing and/or Test Management.
* Strong background in areas such as Securities trade processing, Fixed Income operations, or derivatives (Listed/OTC).
* Project management and lifecycle experience.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Experience in Middle Office functions (Matching/Confirmation and Settlements) would be advantageous but is not essential.
