This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal professional to manage their own caseload in a supportive, office-based environment. Key Responsibilities Handle a full range of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Draft contracts, conduct title checks, and liaise with all parties to ensure smooth completion Manage files from instruction through to post-completion Provide exceptional client care throughout the transaction process Requirements Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer Minimum 2–3 years PQE in residential conveyancing Strong organisational and file management skills Capable of working independently and efficiently Office-based role – remote working not available Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00/9:30am – 5:00/5:30pm 1-hour lunch break 4 weeks annual leave To apply, please send your CV to anju@recruitmentprofessionals.co.uk
