Join our team at Marks & Spencer (M&S) as a Customer Assistant in our Foods section, where you'll become a champion of our high-quality products, great value offers, and excellent customer service. We’re seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are excited to share it with our customers. You’ll be a brand ambassador who’s ready to recommend our newest Food products and provide remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued every time they shop with us.

Responsibilities
* Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
* Utilise digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer

Working hours and allowances
Saturday 18:30-22:30; Sunday 13:30-17:30; Thursday 18:30-22:30; Friday 18:30-22:30; Saturday 18:30-22:30. + £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
