About the Role:Kelso Kristen Bathrooms is one of Northern Irelands leading distribution companies for the plumbing and bathroom sector in Northern Ireland. We are continually expanding to meet the growing needs of the local marketplace.We are currently seeking an Internal Sales Administrator to join our growing sales office team in our Lisburn facility.Key Responsibilities:Processing telephone and email enquiries from customers and trade professionalsGenerate sales quotations and sales ordersOutbound telephone sales promoting existing and new productsLiaise with customers to inform them of any discrepancies or stock availability issues, find suitable alternative products and upsell when possibleCreate and review sales report analysis as requiredInternal sales support to field sales representativesProvide product and after sales support to customers, trade professionals and end usersDealing with customer price and invoice queriesProvide copy PODs and invoicesRepresent the company at industry trade shows and marketing eventsKey Behaviours:Ability to liaise well with all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfactionBe a strong team player and can work on own initiativePleasant and professional telephone mannerA high level of organisational skills & the ability to multi-taskA desire to learn about our suppliers, products, customers and systemsStrong interpersonal skills to work with management and staff at all levelsDeal with aftersales queries in a friendly professional mannerRequirements:Experience & knowledge of plumbing & bathroom products a distinct advantagePrevious sales and customer service experience preferrableHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)Benefits:Competitive salary DOE.
