About the Role We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a multi-trade property maintenance service, covering reactive repairs, voids, and planned works. This is an exciting opportunity to shape service delivery, drive performance, and ensure great outcomes for tenants and the wider community. You will oversee an internal workforce of approximately 37 staff and manage a £1 million annual budget. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and a "right-first-time" approach, you will lead continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and build a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
